In May 2022, I visited Belgrade, the capital of Serbia, which was once part of Yugoslavia. They had good relations with China, which continue to this day in Serbia. I travelled to Belgrade to pay my condolence to our compatriots who lost their lives in the bombing(on 7th May 1999, NATO bombed the Chinese Embassy in the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia). Additionally, 7th May 2022 marks the 130th anniversary of Tito's birth. I visited his cemetery to send my sincere respect. These photographs were taken during my journey, and I finally had a chance to edit them into a project under the name Lost Partizans.
